PAI designed the kitchen cabinets, new eating area with stone fireplace and renovated the family room. The new eating area was designed with clerestory windows to bring in south light into the north facing side of the house. A large window was custom designed to open the view to the rear of the home. New deck terracing and koi pond were created for this new view.
