This design is modeled on Palladio's classic Architecture, with a modern design twist using two towers and including a pool house.
This is a design for a New-Old farmhouse. Design features double kitchen with pizza oven/bee hive oven.
PAI completed 5 different renovation and addition projects over a ten year period. Master bedroom wing designed by Arthur Ronquist and built by PAI, Kitchen addition by PAI including floor designs, Master Bathroom renovation by PAI, basement renovation by PAI, living room renovation by PAI.
PAI designed the kitchen cabinets, new eating area with stone fireplace and renovated the family room. The new eating area was designed with clerestory windows to bring in south light into the north facing side of the house. A large window was custom designed to open the view to the rear of the home. The clients wanted to add to their Summit home a family room, master bedroom, master bathroom, playroom and exterior decks and terraces. The kitchen was expanded and the front porch was restored to the original porch design.
